UPGRADE TO FREE DELIVERY
Free shipping on orders over the following amounts:
- FREE UK recorded delivery on orders over £100
£4.50 for orders under £100 - FREE EU tracked delivery on orders over £180
£12 for orders below £180 - FREE Worldwide tracked delivery on orders over £200
£15 for orders under £200
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders received before 3pm will be processed on the same day, orders received after 3pm will be processed the following day. All orders received after 3pm on a Friday will be processed first thing on a Monday.
ROYAL MAIL - RECORDED DELIVERY (UK)
We send all UK orders via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, this can take 3 to 5 working days from the moment your order has been paid and despatched from our door. Your order will need to be signed for on delivery, If no one is at home when they attempt to deliver your order the postman will leave you a note. This will contain information on how to arrange re-delivery. Please note if a package is not signed for it will be returned to your local depot. Once you have placed your order you will receive a sequence of confirmation emails, inside these emails will be your unique tracking reference and a link to the Royal Mail Track and Trace system where you can track the progress of your delivery. ROYAL MAIL - TRACK & TRACE (INTERNATIONAL)
We send all international orders via Royal Mail Track and Trace / Airsure, these are priority tracked services. Royal Mail aim to deliver to Europe within 3 to 5 working days, and worldwide within 5 to 7 working days. Your order will need to be signed for on delivery, If no one is at home when they attempt to deliver your order the postman will leave you a note. This will contain information on how to arrange re-delivery. Please note if a package is not signed for it will be returned to your local depot. Please note that your parcel may be subject to import duties and taxes over which we have no control as they are levied by your tax and customs office in your country. You, as the customer and importer of the goods, will be responsible for these charges.
